Jewel Hayden

My name is Jewel Hayden. I am currently a junior at Savannah College of Art and Design. I am majoring in 3D technical animation and minoring in game UX.

I love learning as much as I can about the industry and making art come to life. My time so far at SCAD has been an enriching experience, and I can’t wait to see where it takes me.

I started my degree at SCAD in the fall of 2022. I originally was a character animator, but my passion for the technical side took over and I decided to follow it. Personally, I focus on rigging and lighting, but I am well versed in all facets of the pipeline. I enjoy problem solving and learning from my professors, mentors, and peers as much as I possibly can. If there is a challenge that arises, I take it head on and find out how I can solve it.
